RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not satisfied and wish to return or exchange it the following conditions apply.

 

You must contact Modern Saint (hello@modernsaint.com) within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.

 

Returns must be received within 7 business days of receipt including the original packaging, invoice and shipping container.

 

Upon receipt, all returned items will be inspected by Modern Saint.  Jewelry that has been worn, used, damaged or altered, cannot be accepted. Modern Saint has the right to reject a return if the jewelry appears altered or shows signs of wear.

 

Special order and sale merchandise are not eligible for returns or exchange.

 

The full shipping return cost will be covered by the consumer.  For returns, we will refund your credit card no later than 30 days after your return request has been approved, less a restocking fee and original shipping cost.

 

All return shipments must be insured for the full dollar amount and shipped back via UPS.
